Customer Rewards Program


At FASHIONMUSTBUY, we value our customers and believe that every purchase should bring you closer to something more. That’s why we created the Customer Rewards Program—a simple, transparent way to thank you for shopping with us.



1) How It Works

 • Earn Points on Every Purchase

For every $1 spent, you earn 1 Reward Point (excluding shipping and taxes).

 • Welcome Bonus

New customers receive a 100-point sign-up bonus after creating an account.

 • Extra Points

Earn additional points during seasonal promotions, product launches, or special events.



2) Redeeming Points

 • 1 Point = $0.01 towards future purchases.

 • You can redeem points at checkout once you’ve accumulated a minimum of 500 points ($5 value).

 • Points can be applied to product totals but not to shipping fees, taxes, or gift cards.



3) Member Tiers


The more you shop, the more benefits you unlock:

 • Silver (0–999 points): Standard earning & redemption.

 • Gold (1,000–4,999 points): +10% faster point accumulation.

 • Platinum (5,000+ points): +20% faster point accumulation + exclusive previews and early access to sales.



4) Validity & Expiry

 • Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

 • Expired points are automatically deducted from your account balance.



5) Returns & Adjustments

 • If you return or cancel an order, points earned from that purchase will be deducted.

 • If you paid partly with points, refunded points will be credited back to your account.



6) Checking Your Balance

 • Log into your FASHIONMUSTBUY account → My Rewards to view your points balance, tier status, and redemption options.

 • Points earned from new purchases may take up to 48 hours after order confirmation to appear.
