1) Accepted Payment Methods


Available now

 • PayPal — Pay with your PayPal balance or a linked card/bank account. Guest checkout may be available in select regions.

 • Credit / Debit Cards via Stripe — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major cards.

 • Apple Pay (where supported by device and browser).

 • Google Pay (where supported).

2) Currency & Pricing

 • Orders are processed in the currency shown at checkout.

 • Local taxes and duties (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

 • Your bank or card issuer may charge a small FX / international transaction fee if your card’s billing currency differs from the checkout currency.



3) Payment Timing

 • For some orders we place a temporary authorization hold to verify your payment method.

 • Your card (or PayPal) is charged when your order is confirmed. In certain cases we may capture payment when the order ships.



4) Security & Privacy

 • Checkout is protected by HTTPS/SSL end-to-end.

 • Card transactions (when enabled) are processed by Stripe, a Level-1 PCI-DSS compliant provider.

 • We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers.

 • To protect customers, we may run standard checks (e.g., CVV/CSC, AVS, 3-D Secure when available) and may contact you if additional verification is needed.



5) Billing Details

 • Please enter your name and billing address exactly as it appears with your bank or card issuer.

 • If billing and shipping addresses differ, we may request additional confirmation to prevent fraud.

 • On your bank statement the charge may appear as “FASHIONMUSTBUY” or “Fashion Must Buy, LLC”.



6) Refunds & Cancellations

 • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

 • Once issued, refunds typically appear:

 • PayPal: instant to 3 business days (depending on PayPal/bank).

 • Cards (via Stripe): 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

 • If a refund is delayed after we’ve processed it, please contact your bank/PayPal with our refund confirmation.

7) Troubleshooting a Payment


If a payment is declined or you can’t complete checkout, try:

 • Confirming card number, expiry, CVV, and billing ZIP/Postal code.

 • Enabling your bank’s 3-D Secure / OTP if prompted.

 • Trying another card or PayPal.

 • Calling your bank to approve the transaction (they may block new international/online charges).

 • Clearing your browser cache or switching device/browser.
