1) Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

 • For footwear and bags, please try items on clean surfaces and avoid scuffs or marks.

 • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Personalized/Custom cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.



2) How to Start a Return or Exchange

 1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

 2. Wait for our confirmation and Return Authorization (RA) number before sending items back.

 3. Pack your items securely, include proof of purchase, and write the RA number clearly on the parcel.

 4. Ship the package to the return address provided in our confirmation email.


Returns without prior authorization may be refused.



3) Condition & Inspection

 • Returned items are inspected upon arrival.

 • If items do not meet eligibility criteria (worn, damaged, missing tags), we may reject the return.

 • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.



4) Refunds

 • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
